If you are looking to take your game to the next level, you have found the right place. Whether you are looking for baseball specific skills, weight lifting, speed, or plyometric training, I can meet your fitness and nutrition needs.

Baseball
-2001 El Modena High Graduate, Team MVP, 1st Team All League.
-Second baseman and shortstop.
-2000 Summer, New York Yankees Scout team lead-off hitter and second baseman.
-Cal Poly Mustangs Baseball player, NCAA Division I, Big West Conference
-Made team at second base at age 17. Transitioned to Center field during second season.
-Career ended during third year due to shoulder injury.
-2002 Athletes in Action Central America Summer league team member. (www.aia.com)

Training
-8+ years of sports specific personal training and nutrition at MVP Sports Centers in Irvine. (www.mvpsc.com)
-Worked with professional speed and sprinting coaches for 4 years. Ran 6.62 second 60 yard dash at scout showcase.
-Worked with countless hitting and fielding instructors for 10 years.

Post-Baseball
-Cal Poly Triathlete Team member. Have completed 6 Olympic distance triathlons.

I am located in Corona Del Mar, CA. and am available Friday through Sundays only. Single or group lessons are accepted. Ask about package deals to increase your savings. Your first lesson is half-off!

Introductory Pricing breakdown:

One-on-one training:
$20 – 30 minutes
$35 – 1 hour
$48 – 1.5 hours

Group training 2 to 5 athletes (prices are per person):
$15 – 30 minutes
$25 – 1 hour
$35 – 1.5 hours

If you would like me to travel to your park/gym/facility, please add a $10 travel fee. I will travel within Orange County only.
